What is Fotorie

A support tool for tracking food intake, exercise, and health, with estimates and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device.

Not medical advice

Coach advice, daily messages, and analytics summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. Fotorie does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor, midwife, dietitian, or pharmacist. For any medical condition, pregnancy, lactation, eating disorder, or medication, follow the instructions of a professional. In an emergency, call 112.

Estimates are approximate

Calories and macros calculated from a photo or description are approximate and may differ from reality. Calorie and nutrient targets are indicative and do not guarantee their suitability for a specific clinical situation.

Pregnancy, lactation, and health conditions

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an illness, allergies, intolerances, an eating disorder, or are taking medication, review the menus, goals, and recommendations with your doctor, midwife, or dietitian-nutritionist before following them. The app's filters do not guarantee that every food, recipe, or plan is suitable for your situation.

Do not initiate, suspend, or modify treatments, dosages, or prescribed guidelines based on Fotorie. If a proposal contradicts the instructions of your healthcare professional, do not follow it.

Possible errors and review of proposals

Artificial intelligence and other Fotorie functions may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information, even when it appears accurate. Review the ingredients, allergens, quantities, and preparation of recipes. Fotorie is not an emergency service and does not offer continuous health monitoring. If you detect an error, report it to info@fotorie.com. In an emergency, call 112.

Scope of service and responsibility

Fotorie's tracking and guidance functions do not replace the assessment or follow-up of a healthcare professional. Specific health outcomes or weight changes are not guaranteed. These warnings do not exclude or limit the responsibilities legally corresponding to the company or the inalienable rights of consumers.

Adults only

Fotorie is for individuals 18 years of age or older only.

Your Account

You are responsible for your password and the accuracy of your data. You can delete your account and all data from Profile → Account.

Plans and prices

• Free: 2 photos and 3 messages to the coach per day, at no cost.
• Essential: €3.99 per month.
• Plus: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year (€3.33 per month). Web launch offer: €29.99 for the first year with coupon LANZAMIENTO; thereafter, €39.99 per year.
• Family: €9.99 per month or €89.99 per year. Includes everything in Plus and 120 minutes of voice calls per month, for a single account.
• All prices include VAT. Daily limits and call minutes for each plan are shown before contracting and in Profile → Your plan.

Web purchases: subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

• For web purchases, payment is processed by Stripe. The plan is activated in the app with the same email as your account.
• These are automatically renewing subscriptions for the same period (month or year) and at the current price, except for the launch price, which only applies to the first year. We will notify you by email before each annual renewal.
• You can cancel anytime from "Manage my plan" on fotorie.com or in Profile: cancellation is as simple as contracting, and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails, we will keep the plan for three grace days and then it will revert to Free without losing your data.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without justification, by writing to info@fotorie.com, and we will refund the amount. By activating the plan immediately, you expressly agree that the service begins during that period; if you withdraw after having used it, the refund will be proportional to the unused portion.

Beta and changes

Those who tested the beta retain the Founder plan (all of Plus) at no cost as long as Fotorie exists. We may change prices or features with at least 30 days' notice; price changes do not affect the period already paid.

Ownership

The app, website, recipes, and images belong to VITASANE CENTROS DE NUTRICION SLP or are used under license. Your data is yours.

Applicable law

Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the courts of Seville, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

Apple Subscriptions

On iPhone, you can subscribe to plans through Apple in-app purchases. The price and period are shown before confirming. Payment is charged to your Apple account upon confirmation; subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage or cancel renewal in Apple's subscription settings and restore purchases from Fotorie's plans screen. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
